After checking-in at 5-star The Gainsborough Hotel, meet Ping Coombes, Masterchef  winner and local resident, for an insight into simple and nutritious home cooking.

Enjoy a light lunch in the city, followed by advice and tips from nutritionist, and Bath resident, Laura Clark. A regular media contributor, with over 20 years’ experience,  Laura will explore the science of nutrition and the best ways to enjoy an integrated diet.

Stroll the streets of Bath to explore the latest wellness products and brands. Next head to FLY Fitness, Bath’s boutique fitness and wellness space, for a relaxing private group yoga session, in their light and airy studio.

Ease your way into the evening by taking advantage of the hotel’s exclusive thermal water spa, before heading to dinner on stylish Saville Row to Henry’s Restaurant. Chef Henry Scott will take you through an imaginative five-course tasting menu with an emphasis on fresh and seasonal produce.


On Sunday morning, enjoy additional time in the spa before breakfast, then experience the benefits of a private T’ai Chi class – a graceful form of exercise that promotes stress reduction through a series of focused and flowing movements.

Let any final tensions melt away during a short Sound Bath meditation, where you’ll be guided by voice and the sound of crystal singing bowls to promote deep relaxation.

Enjoy a gentle stroll to Bath’s only Michelin-starred restaurant, Olive Tree, for a four-course lunch. Known for its fresh approach to fine dining, chef Chris Cleghorn will talk you through his style of cooking.

Finish your afternoon by visiting Bath’s historic Royal Crescent, before heading back to the hotel to collect your luggage and return home.
