Mark Hix is frequently lauded as one of Britain’s most pioneering chefs, with an unrivalled knowledge of British seafood. Join Mark at his kitchen table in his own home in Dorset for a six-course menu. Tickets include a Hix Fix Cocktail on arrival, wine throughout dinner and a goodie bag.*

Experience his original take on British gastronomy in a showcase of some of the best local seasonal produce, cooked by Mark, and take in the breathtaking views of Charmouth Beach. Mark will share his insider tips into local producers, his life in food, foraging and a fishing tale or two.

Birmingham’s finest Michelin-starred chef hosts an intimate six-course tasting menu, celebrating the best of British cuisine, with influences from France and the Far East.

Glynn trained under Gordon Ramsay, Gary Rhodes and Claude Bosi and went on to open his first restaurant in Birmingham in 2007. His bold and innovative cooking provides the ultimate gourmet adventure and has brought him critical acclaim and numerous awards including a Michelin star which he has held for last ten years.

Enjoy a welcome drink followed by a Tasting Menu, hosted by Glynn for one night only.
