The regions of Burgundy need little introduction, with pinot noir and chardonnay revered as some of the best wine in the world. Explore some of its finest producers and enjoy exquisite cuisine on this very special trip.

Travel to France and make your way to the five-star Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa in Beaune. Your evening is at leisure.

The Heart of Burgundy event officially starts the next morning.


After breakfast, visit one of Burgundy’s most respected wine producers, Olivier Leflaive. Start with a vineyard tour exploring the terroir and appellations, before meeting with Olivier and enjoying a wine-paired lunch. Next, a visit to Hospices de Beaune, one of France’s most prestigious historic monuments, for a guided tour.

In the afternoon, there’s an exclusive tour and tasting at Joseph Drouhin, the family owned and much-respected domaine and négoicant, with hand-selected, rare vintages. Dinner is at one-Michelin-starred Clos du Cèdre.


Start your day with a visit to Domaine Faiveley, one of the largest estates in Burgundy. Enjoy a tour of the historic winery, followed by a tasting of top premier crus and grands crus.

Lunch is at the beautiful Château du Clos de Vougeot. That afternoon, visit the estate of Henri Gouges, one of the most respected wineries in burgundy, famed for his Pinot Gouges (a pinot blanc) for a tasting of six of their finest premier crus.

Dinner is an exploration of the art of Japanese living at celebrated Bissoh.


A private tasting with a wine adviser at Château de Pommard to immerse yourself in rarefied Burgundy terroirs. Taste six of their most sought-after cuvées and learn how to assess the qualities of an outstanding wine.

Take lunch at the gorgeous Le Soufflot in Meursault, before departing.
