Future of Food is a new week-long festival, from 18 – 24 September across Regent Street and St James’s, celebrating the vibrant, future gazing restaurant scene through memorable and inspiring events and experiences, focused on the future of food.

Your evening will be hosted within this iconic space on Regent Street in partnership with Square Mile Farms, the Urban Farm presents the perfect place to engage in conversation about a highly topical movement, hear from urban farming specialists and try first-hand freshly grown produce before making a dish of your own using produce direct from the farm.

Start the evening with a glass of D.O. Cava before embarking on a tour of the Urban Farm lead by the experts, sharing their knowledge on the benefits of urban farming and how this will shape the future of farming. Following the tour, you will be invited to an interactive hands-on workshop where you will produce a dish with ingredients harvested from the Urban Farm to enjoy with a glass of D.O. Cava.
