About the host: Mandy Yin is one of the few Malaysian chef owners in the UK. Malaysian-born Chinese of Peranakan Nyonya heritage, Mandy left behind a career in corporate law to follow her passion for food. She founded the acclaimed Sambal Shiok in London in 2013 and has since become known for her extreme talents delivering some of the best Malaysian food in the country.

About the host: Dom Fernando is founder of lauded Sri Lankan restaurant Paradise which became an instant hit when it opened in Soho bringing the essence of contemporary Sri Lankan ingredients, flavours, design and style to the beating, eclectic heart of Soho. London-born to Sri Lankan parents, who emigrated to the UK in the mid-1970s, Dom jumped feet first into a career in hospitality which took him to Dubai, Singapore and finally London.
