SATURDAY 22 JULY 2023

Travel to Paris and leave your luggage at the five-starred art deco Prince de Galles, a Luxury Collection Hotel, ready to check in that afternoon.

Walk round the corner to Michelin-starred Lasserre; the Directoire-style private mansion, oozing with glamour, for a welcome to the weekend over a glass of champagne and a Tasting Menu with wine of high French gastronomy.

After lunch, enjoy an afternoon of luxury retail experiences on one of Paris’s most famous and beautiful squares; the royal Place Vendôme.

Meet one of the most talented jewellery designers in the world, Lorenz Bäumer, in a private showcase of some of his most exquisite and avant-garde designs in-store.

Followed by a visit to the prestigious Louis Vuitton Parisian flagship store, for champagne and macarons, where design and modern art are displayed with a hint of the heyday of the Palace of Versailles.

In the evening, discover a new take on Japanese cuisine at Akira Back, shaped by Michelin-starred Chef Akira’s Korean heritage and world travels alongside his love of Japanese cuisine. Followed by live music at the hotel bar, long into the evening.

SUNDAY 23 JULY 2023

After breakfast at the hotel, head to La Galerie Dior (the House of Dior), for a showcase of the dazzling history of one of France’s most legendary Maisons.

Followed by a visit to Lalique, the crystal synonymous with French luxury, for an exploration of the interior design and decorative items, over a glass of champagne. You will view collections such as ‘Eternal’, conceived by Damien Hirst.

The finale to the weekend will be a six-course tasting menu at Les 110 de Taillevent, of renowned French restaurateur Jean-Claude Vrinat, known for its exquisite wine offering.

Return to the Prince de Galles and depart at your leisure.
